This photo shows my true interest and passion for nursing as a whole. In this photo it in my eyes holds value because I have grown to love it for what it is. Putting on my scrubs knowing that each day entering the hospital I have the chance to change someone's life in a positive way is extremely rewarding. Overall, everyday in the nursing profession comes with lots of responsibility and the scrubs, stethoscope and ID badge in this photo speaks a million words.
This picture portrays my true curiosity in makeup. It can be used to enhance or in other ways completely change the way we look. It is similar to editing a picture instead when doing make up one is able to physically add/take away color or highlight different areas of the face. There is endless possibility and gives me the opportunity to bring my imagination to life. All in all, makeup brings me the most enjoyment due to the fact that it is a way for me to visually express myself in different ways.
In this photo I decided to capture something that not only I use as a pastime but also to connect with people in my life. Gaming captures my attention the most by the fact that it gives me the ability to meet people from all over the world. It gives endless opportunities to expand your imagination and curiosity because of the hundreds of games that are available. Overall, the social aspect of gaming is what makes it most intriguing to me and how we as humans use gaming to satisfy the feeling of achieving something.
Automatically when I took this photo it brought back many memories towards when I started collecting perfume. It in many ways brings my family together. Growing up my grandma would give gifts to me and my sisters and it would always bring us together and we would bond over this one thing. There are certain moments and scents that trigger my memory and automatically get me thinking of past times or situations or that remind me of important people in my life. Each perfume whether I still use it or not in a way symbolizes a certain time in life.
In this second photo it portrays my desk area which is very important to me because I spend most of my day here. This is the place that I utilize to expand my imagination and I almost see it as a miniature world that I create for myself. It amazes me how just by being at my desk the energy of productivity that is centered here. A desk has a way of compelling you to produce your best work and helps to create new ideas. Here in this setting is where do work, study, and learn about new interesting things.
